| Clip - in - Tile Ceiling Solutions | | Clip in tiles are widely used metal tile in India since 1983. Speco clip in system provides economic & easy to install ceiling solution. Clip in tiles are available in comprehensive range wih all the standard accessories. SPECO clip in tiles are available as 600 mm * 600 mm with thickness of 0.7 mm in Aluminium and 0.5 mm in Steel.
Clip-In is a range of square and rectangular clip-in metal ceiling tiles designed to take support from clip is suspension systems.

Shape
Tiles are square or rectangular with bevelled edges and vertical sides, incorporating the pip and stop locating detail for use with the clip is suspension systems.
Systems Moulds Sizes
Standard tile sizes (mm) 600x600 600x1200 300 x 1200
Other sizes are available 300mm wide in lengths up to 1500mm or 600mm wide in lengths up to 1200mm, with bevelled edges.
TYPE-A (15MM BEVEL) : This is a square ceiling pattern with 5mm bevel in between the two titles. It gives the tiles a embossed square look.
TYPE-B ( SQUARE EDGE ) : This is also a square ceiling pattern but without any bevel or 5mm bevel because of square edges of tiles. This pattern provides a monolithic appearance to the ceiling.
Access
Tiles are downwardly demountable using spatular extraction tool.
Paint Finish
Coil coated tiles :
Gl/Aluminium- tiles are continuously finished on outer surface with 20-micron polyester coil coating over a 5-micron primer coating and rear side with 5-micron primer coating.
Powder coated tiles :
Gl/Aluminium- tiles are continuously finished on outer surface with 50-micron epoxy polyester powder coating with rear primer coating of 5-micron. Powder Coating is available in the entire colour and also in Metallic finish.

| Lay - in - Tile Ceiling Solutions | | Description
Lay in tiles is made up of Gl/Aluminium sheets with thickness 0.5mm and are produced in 600mm x 600mm size. The tiles are laid into an interlocking exposed grid system to create a modular arrangement; underlined supports are made of galvanized strips. If any of the edge of the tile is more than 600mm then it is called as Plank and the thickness of the plank depends upon the size of the plank they are degreased and chemically treated in a multi stage process insuring effective paint adhesion and continuously stove enameled.

Perforations
Lay in tiles is produced in either perforated or non-perforated. In perforated form (acoustic ceiling), back of the tiles is covered by special black paper linings. Speco-perforated Lay in tiles are produced in variety of perforations.

Perforations - Sound Absorption
The 600mm x 600 mm elements are offered with plain and perforated surfaces. In order to improve the sound insulation, the 600mm x 600 mm tiles, can be complemented with sound proofing materials. The mineral wool insulation are manufactured with polyethilene protective covering, that prevents loss and fall of mineral fibres dangerous to the health.
The alternative non woven fabric is adhered to the inside of the panel. Detailed serious tests have proved that a perfect sound absorbtion can be guaranteed by perforated panels having an open surface of minimum 10% of the total surface. |

| R - Panel | | Description :
Same As C-series, the panels are placed on a special adjustable carrier profile, the distance between the panels is filled with a closure (flush) profile and create a closed joint system. Underlined supports are made of galvanized strips, same used for Ceiling and Cladding

| C - Series Panels | | Description
Linear ceiling panels are made of Aluminium & Gl strips with thickness of 0.5mm & produced in modules of 150mm, 75mm & 84mm, with maximum length of 6meters. 75-C, 150-C, 225-C.
- 150 C & 75 C panels are 15.5mm deep with bevelled groove between panels.
- 84 C panel are 12.5mm deep with a recessed flange of 23.5mm
The panels are placed on a special adjustable carrier profile to form open joint linear ceiling. Underlined supports are made of galvanized strips. Speco C series panels are degreased and chemically treated in a multistage process insuring effective paint adhesion and continuously stove enameled

| F - Series Panels (150F & 200F) | | Description :
The 150 F and 200 F linear ceiling panels are made up of Aluminium / Steel strips in thickness 0.5 mm & 0.6 mm and produced in modules of 150 mm & 200 mm with maximum length of 6 mtr.
The panels are clipped into the concealed suspension system to form a closed joint linear ceiling. F series ceiling systems is ideal ceiling solution for exterior and interior where ceiling is required at an economical price.
