We hold expertise in designing and fabricating sturdy roofing systems for varied structures. These roofing systems are in line with the industry quality standards as these are fabricated using latest technology and quality raw material. HI-RIB Roofing System

We are offering our clients with Hi-Rib Roofing Systems that are fixable on roofs, wall claddings and slopes of any height. These systems are manufactured using from pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI), Al-Zn alloy coated steel (Bare Galvalume) and color coated Al-Zn alloy coated steel (Color Coated Galvalume). The Hi-Rib profile has a cover width of 1000mm, overall width of 1050mm, pitch of 200mm and a crest height of 30mm. It has two stiffening ribs in between for making the coating durable.

Clip Lock System

Our clients can avail from us, Clip-Lock System that is fabricated using galvalume- bare and color coated and PPGI. These systems are suitable for fixing on roof purlins or wall claddings for assuring puncture free roof in buildings and having a concealed fastening. Designed in standard width of 435mm, pitch of 217.50mm and crest height of 41mm, these systems can be custom-made up to any length. These profiles should be fixed in using specially designed clips that can hold the roofing panels strongly. These clips should be used along with the lap placed on the high side of the clip for expansion purposes.

Deck System

We undertake designing and fabrication of Deck Systems that are used as composite floor systems for permanent form work. These high strength systems provide an immediate access to a walking platform by saving substantial construction time, cost, safety and accessibility of the project. Quick and simple to install, these cold formed Deck Systems are offered in 44mm depth, 130mm pitch, 910mm cover width and overall width of 960mm out of galvanized and HR coils in the thickness of 0.80mm to 2.5mm.
